The Lunenburg Seed Library is a (mainly) free program whose goal is to strengthen our community of gardeners and local eaters by sharing biodiverse seeds. The seed library operates on the honor system to maintain a well-stocked collection of pure, healthy, viable seeds for the community to use. When you fill out this form and check out seeds, you automatically become a member of the seed library. We encourage all members to learn basic seed-saving techniques. If you're unable to save your own seed, please consider donating a packet or two of fresh, commercially grown, open-pollinated seed to help keep our library stocked.
To become a member of the Lunenburg Seed Library, simply fill out the form below, and bring it in to the Alden Balch Memorial Library. There will be a binder where you can file it by last name, and locate it again later for seed checkout.
Have a question? Please feel free to email us at LunenburgSeedLibrary@gmail.com
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Rebekkah grew up the middle child of three sisters in California. At 12, she and her sisters were separated, and she went to live with an aunt and uncle in Washington State. It was there that her love of floriculture blossomed. Her high school offered a Horticulture class, where she became the Floral Manager for the small-scale floral business within. That was all it took for Rebekkah to decide she wanted to one day own her own floral shop.
Unbeknownst to her then, this dream would be a journey that would take her across the country. Today, Rebekkah finds herself in a quaint Vermont town, living her dream with her three adorable cats and her supportive fiancé by her side. Her love for floriculture has blossomed into Ostara's Grove.
